This is the first phase of the project in San Andres Island.
This phase is to close off the land, effectively stopping the illegal garbage dumping and deterring squatters. This crucial step will pave the way for the next phases, ensuring a safe and secure foundation for the future.
As you can see from the photos, people have already started to dump garbage on the site.
