Faith Church Mission Team Colombia 2018
On July 6th, the mission’s team from Faith Assembly of God, Hazle Twp., PA, arrived in Colombia. The team stayed through July13th, and during the time that they were here accomplished many tasks and impacted countless people.
In the short time that these fourteen individuals were in Colombia they worked at two different schools, worked with the children from both schools, helped rebuild part of a house, did children’s’ outreaches at five churches, a youth event in San Gil, a children’s ministry workshop in San Gil, and preached adult services in four churches.
Not only did they make a physical impact, but they demonstrated the love of Christ in everything they did. Through their example many people came to know Jesus as their Lord. They came well prepared and prayed up. Because of them and all their supporters, there were many souls won for the Kingdom.
We know that each one of them took a little bit of Colombia with them when they left; but I’m also sure that each one of them left a little bit of their heart here. We look forward to seeing this wonderful group return.
